Volume Two is out!

Volume Two of Psychedelic Violence: a Visual Kei Fanzine is now available at
our BigCartel store with the first orders shipping this Friday, the 30th of July!

Volume Two covers the years 1992 and 1993, the years Visual Kei really start to ramp up towards what many recognize as the 90's scene, and include tracks from Luna Sea, Kuroyume, Malice Mizer and many others!  It will be 50+ full-bleed pages of pictures, narrative, album reviews, and more and, as always, comes with a digital and optional cassette mix tape.

I understand that for those of you that are purchasing from outside the US, shipping is pretty spendy, so in order to make it a little easier on you, I've added a "bundled shipping" option where you can order issues as they are released and I will set them aside so I can ship three or four issues at a time to save a ton on shipping. For example, shipping one issue to England or Germany is around $16USD, but shipping four issues would likely only be around $18USD. If you're cool with waiting to save some money, I'm happy to help out. Simply choose "Antarctica" as your shipping destination and I'll start bundling shipping for you.

Volume Two coming soon!

First of all, thank you to everyone who picked up a copy of the first issue of Psychedelic Violence! I sold through my initial print run and had to reprint to fulfill all the interest, which is super awesome! I see this zine project as a contiguous narrative, so I plan on keeping every issue "in print" so that folks who want to read the whole thing but didn't find it until later aren't locked out.

I've been hard at work on making Volume Two even better than the first, and it is nearing completion. I'm targeting a release date of July 26th for International Zine Month at our BigCartel store with the first orders shipping that Friday the 30th.
